X-ray tech sentenced for flashing

Seven-time sexual indecency convict Michael J. Shafer received his first-ever prison sentence after admitting he'd exposed his penis to a 66-year-old woman and a 15-year-old girl. The incidents occurred at Cameron Memorial Community Hospital in Angola, Florida, where he was working as an X-ray technician.
