Woman faces charges in child-sex video case

A Hartford, Connecticut woman was charged Tuesday with providing her two preteen daughters to a 48-year-old man who featured them in a child-sex video that turned up on a computer in Japan.Cops zeroed in on the woman after an analysis indicated the video had been made in or near Hartford.
