Woman charged with fondling baby

A 21-year-old Illinois woman is in federal custody on charges she fondled a toddler she was baby-sitting at her home and webcast the act to members of an Internet chat room. Taylor A. March was allegedly seen by an FBI agent who was monitoring a Yahoo Messenger Service chat room dedicated to preteen sex on camera.
