Woman apologizes for having sex with boy

A Camano Island, Washington woman accused of having sex with a 13-year-old boy from Ohio she met over the Internet has given a soft-spoken apology, and a judge has warned her to expect prison time. Julie Ann Welborn, 38, faces up to six years in prison after she pleaded guilty Monday to felony charges of having unlawful sex with a minor and importuning.
