Wisconsin laundromat stripper charged

A 26-year-old Wisconsin man who admitted he stripped naked at a La Crosse self-serve laundry earlier this month told police he had no sexual intentions. He was just making a statement about personal rights. But records showed Robin T. McCain had been convicted in 2002 on four counts of exposing genitals to a child in Milwaukee. He was charged this time with two counts of indecent exposure as a habitual criminal.
