WA bestiality law heads to governor
A Washington state bill outlawing bestiality and the videotaping of bestiality quietly sailed through both the House and Senate without objection and is now headed to Gov. Christine Gregoire, who is expected to sign it. The new law was prompted by a Seattle man's widely publicized death last summer after he had sex with a horse.
