Utah polygamist invokes gay sex ruling

A lawyer for infamous Utah polygamist Tom Green invoked the U.S. Supreme Court's recent decision decriminalizing gay sex in an effort to get his client's bigamy convictions overturned. Green's attorney, John Bucher, told the Utah Supreme Court that polygamy, like gay sex, is consensual behavior and should be free from government interference.
