Topless teen pic suspect in Mexico

Police have no idea when they might be able to charge a Colorado dance studio operator who allegedly took topless pics of two teen girls, ages 13 and 16, at his home. John Ward, 50, is believed to be in Mexico, supposedly visiting his ailing father.
