Teen appeals expulsion after sex assault

An Ohio teen who allegedly videotaped a sexual assault on a ninth-grade special education student in a high school auditorium is appealing his expulsion. "There was no intention to tape anything," said Jerome McCorry, a local pastor who's been speaking for the boy. "Most of the tape is sound and not a picture where you hear laughing and giggling and that kind of thing, to our understanding."
