Shock jock drops lawsuit against listener

Nationally syndicated shock jock Erich "Mancow" Muller has dropped his lawsuit against an Illinois listener who filed more than 70 indecency complaints with federal regulators since 1998. Muller said Monday he accomplished his goal of bringing attention to David Smith's complaints and that the lawsuit had become "a waste of time."
