Sex scandal topples England soccer head

England's soccer authorities were putting a brave face Monday on a sex scandal that claimed the scalp of its chief executive and tarnished the reputation of national coach Sven Goran Eriksson.Mark Palios, 51, resigned Sunday after a tabloid reported that both he and Eriksson had sex flings with a Football Association secretary.
