Sex assault geezer gets harsh sentence

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Edward McLaughlin called 68-year-old George Augustine "diseased" as he sentenced the senior to a minimum 50-year prison stretch. Augustine, who prosecutors say attacked a total of six women, was thwarted by his last victim, who kicked away the realistic-looking toy gun he held and bent his letter opener in half as he tried to stab her stomach.
