The judge in the Scott Peterson murder trial will allow jurors to hear that the defendant added an adult channel to his satellite TV line-up about two weeks after his wife disappeared. Defense attorney Mark Geragos argued that the programs were not relevant, except to "assassinate his character" and inflame the jury's passion.
