Scots scramble to counter sex law ruling

Scottish ministers are being called on to introduce emergency legislation after appeals court judges wiped the crime of "shameless indecency" from the statute books, calling it "Victorian rhetoric." The move effectively lowered the male age of consent to 14, making it legal for adult men to have sex with young teen males.
