R. Kelly lawyers jockey for dismissal

Attorneys defending R&B star R. Kelly against child pornography charges filed a host of motions on Monday, including one that suggests the alleged victim is older than authorities contend. They also attacked the validity of a law that allows a 17-year-old to have sex but makes it illegal to videotape that act.
