Precedent set in virtual kid porn case

An Ohio man has won his case in what may be the first court decision using a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that protects virtual images of child pornography as free speech. However, defendant Brian Sparks still faces a possible sentence of life in prison after being found guilty of raping a boy repeatedly over nine years, starting when the boy was 10.
