Pantsless driver was Wi-Fi kid-porn poacher

A Toronto police officer who pulled over a slow-moving car last Wednesday allegedly found the driver, naked from the waist down, watching a movie of a 10-year-old girl performing fellatio on an adult on his laptop. He'd apparently downloaded the movie using a Wi-Fi Internet connection intercepted from a nearby house.
