PA Internet child-porn law ruled illegal
Pennsylvania's two-year-old Internet Child Pornography Act was invalidated yesterday by a federal judge who said the law had simultaneously blocked computer users from viewing 1.1 million legitimate websites. U.S. District Judge Jan E. DuBois also ordered Internet service providers that have continued blocking a half-million legitimate websites since the law took effect to unblock those sites.
