Off-duty cop thwarts nude banker

An off-duty police officer taking a Sunday jog in a New Jersey park fended off a sexual attack from a man who she says jumped out of the woods naked except for the condom he wore. The man, who sped off in a rented car when the victim threatened him with pepper spray, was later identified as John Dee Kelly, a New York Chase Bank vice president.
