NH court rules landlord stole nude pictures

A Nashua, New Hampshire landlord who took seven nude photographs from a tenant's apartment, scanned them onto his computer and then put them back where they were claimed he hadn't broken any law because the images were not "property" as defined by statute. On Friday, the state's Supreme Court unanimously disagreed.
