Muslim chaplain porn charge overturned

Capt. James Yee, the Muslim chaplain who was accused by the U.S. military in fall 2003 of mishandling classified information and being involved in an espionage ring while ministering to detainees in Guantanamo Bay, had his conviction for downloading pornography overturned Wednesday. The military had pursued the porn case after dropping the more serious charges against Yee.
