Mural owner forced to cover up naked Eve

Facing the threat of arrest, Pilot Point, Texas art dealer Wes Miller used a bright yellow strip of canvas with the words "crime scene" to cover the bare breasts depicted in an outdoor mural of Eve in the Garden of Eden. An American Civil Liberties Union attorney has now taken up the cause and will try to persuade city officials that the mural is legally protected under the First Amendment.
