Mooning kid pic dad accepts plea deal

As the jury deliberated, a man on trial in Tennessee for taking a photo of his young son playfully mooning him pleaded guilty to a lesser charge that will keep him out of prison. Moments after he entered his plea, the jury returned with its decision: not guilty. That verdict was irrelevant though and the man will now have to serve two years of supervised probation.
