Mo. governor mulls ban on sexy signs

A bill prohibiting billboards that promote strip clubs and other adult businesses within one mile of Missouri highways is on its way to the governor's office after being passed by both the state House and Senate. Proponents of the bill said parents in passing motor vehicles shouldn't have to explain to children such phrases as "red hot, totally live nude."
