Masseur cleared in spa grope trial

A masseur facing charges he inappropriately touched two of his customers at the swanky Est�e Lauder Spa in Manhasset, New York was acquitted of wrongdoing Friday. The case against Thomas Locascio was hampered because a surveillance video taken in the spa lobby after the one alleged incident showed Locascio's client apparently placing a $20 tip inside an envelope.
