Marine recruiter convicted in sex case

A U.S. Marine recruiter has been convicted of having sex with a prospective enlistee at his office in Novato, California, but acquitted of having sex with two other applicants. Brian Fukushima, 26, was one of three Santa Rosa-based recruiters accused this year of having sex with young Marine applicants.
