Man wearing diaper faces new charges

A 53-year-old New Jersey man who was put on probation in June for showing up at an elementary school wearing feces-soaked pink tights is now charged with harassment. The latest charge comes after he allegedly showed up at court wearing sparkly pink leggings over a diaper and defecated in front of a court employee.
