Man used cell camera to shoot upskirts

A Sammamish, Washington man with an admitted panty fetish pleaded innocent to a charge of voyeurism involving a cell phone. A witness who observed defendant Jack Le Vu at a supermarket last July told investigators she saw him crouch down with his cell phone extended beneath the skirt of a 26-year-old woman.
