Man sought for flashing sex photos

Phoenix, Arizona police are searching for a man who placed snapshots of his genitals and sexually explicit letters atop women's cars parked outside a grocery store. Investigators believe the assailant approached one of the women in the parking lot, flashed an explicit photograph and followed her home in his car when she fled.
