Man paid girls to indulge fetishes

A British man who paid underage schoolgirls up to �200 to indulge his fetishes for shoes, feet and school belts was given three years' probation and ordered to attend a sex offenders' rehabilitation project. Gerald Niven, 30, reportedly fondled the girls feet and spanked their hands and butts with a belt.
