Man in 2002 sex-video case back in jail

A man who four years ago made headlines as a suburban Boca Raton, Florida teen arrested on charges that he videotaped himself and three of his friends having sex with an underage girl was back in jail Friday. Michael Ruggiero, 21, was charged with breaking into two houses and a business in suburban Boca Raton.
