Man fired for porn rehired with back pay

A Wisconsin probation and parole agent who was wrongly fired in 2004 for accessing Internet pornography and other inappropriate websites has been reinstated. A state arbitrator also ordered that he receive a raise, a year of back pay, and reimbursement for any medical expenses that would have been covered by the state's insurance plan during his yearlong absence.
