Man accused of taking photos under skirts

University of Florida police are searching for a man they say has been trying to take upskirt photos of women at the library and bookstore. Cops say the man operates by deliberately bumping into his victims as he then tries to take a picture underneath their skirts using a camera or a cell phone.
