Lies and sex tape land man in jail

A Texas man who gave authorities a videotape that showed his 94-year-old wife being sexually assaulted by her 44-year-old female home nurse pleaded guilty Thursday to aggravated perjury, tampering with evidence, and improper videotaping. Police say 68-year-old James Ball and his wifewere willing participants in the sex and that Ball had edited himself out of the tape.
