Lawyer accused of being a peeping Tom

Prosecutors in Palatka, Florida are reviewing sworn complaints filed against a local defense attorney accused of voyeurism and trespassing. Stephen Bernstein, 58, is accused of peeping into windows at a woman and coming onto the property at her home on four occasions, three in late 2005. The woman's husband had previously told the attorney to stay away from the family and out of the yard.
