Landlord rigged spy cams to watch tenants

A 62-year-old landlord in Florida was arrested on suspicion he used hidden cameras to videotape more than 20 women and several children using the toilet, showering and sleeping. Authorities said Judd McDevitt's system included intricate monitors and recorders inside a shed. The wires were buried from the shed to the house and then to hidden cameras.
