Kansas town mulls public nudity ban
The Topeka, Kansas City Council is expected to vote Tuesday night on a proposal that would ban public nudity. Council member Brett Blackburn said he's responding to constituents who've expressed concern about a local nudist colony's recent staging of plays at the Topeka Performing Arts Center that promote clothing-free lifestyles.
