Judge tosses school porn suit

A Montana judge has ruled in favor of the Helena School District in a 2002 case in which the mother of an elementary-aged student accused district officials of negligence. Denise Moudree had demanded compensation for emotional distress and trauma after her daughter saw "graphic and obscene" material on a videotape she'd gotten from her school library in 2000.
