Judge rules against teen boy who had sex
A Wisconsin judge refused to dismiss a charge of second-degree sexual assault Thursday against a 15-year-old boy who was arrested for having sex with his 14-year-old girlfriend. The boy's attorney, Donald Linke, had argued the state law used to charge the boy is unconstitutional because it does not protect the boy's right to privacy.
