Illinois man jailed for lewd act with dog

A St. Charles, Illinois man who used a dog in a lewd act will spend 60 days in jail. According to police, Noel Huecias, 37, was first seen pressing himself up against a chain link fence to make sexual contact with an Akita. Police officers found him in the yard on his knees with his pants undone trying to get the dog to approach, prosecutors said.
