Illinois man charged for sex with mare

A Chesterfield, Illinois man charged with sexually abusing a mare allegedly tied the horse to a fence with a strap in such a manner that it caused the horse to choke to death. A number of horse owners in the area say they believe Kevin Eugene McAfee has been sexually abusing their mares for the past two decades.
