Hypnotist gets 90-day sentence in sex case

A British hypnotist charged with having sex with several patients and secretly videotaping the encounters pleaded no contest to charges of reckless endangerment and breach of peace. As part of a plea deal with prosecutors, Michael Johnstone, 64, received a three-year prison sentence, with all but 90 days suspended. Investigators said his victims, all women in their 40s and 50s, had come to Johnstone for anxiety treatment.
