Hung jury in sex slavery case

A District Court jury in Sydney, Australia has been unable to reach a verdict on all but one of the charges in one of the first cases under new Commonwealth laws dealing with sexual servitude. Prosecutors had alleged that a 20-year-old Thai woman was lured to Australia on the promise of a waitressing job, but was instead forced to work in several brothels around Sydney.
