High court asked to review sex toy ban
An attorney for the owner of two North Alabama sex toy stores has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review the state's ban on the sale of the devices. Mike Fees, a Huntsville lawyer representing store owner Sherri Williams, said he filed the motion last week and should know by the third week of February if the Supreme Court will accept his case.
