HIV men may have infected teen boys

Phoenix, Arizona police arrested two men, both infected with the virus that causes AIDS, for allegedly luring boys to their home for sex. Investigators believe Thomas Christopher Herbert, 28, and Robert John Price, 37, may have infected over 30 victims in just the last six months.
