H.S. voyeur given probation

A suburban St. Louis man who admitted entering two high schools in 2003, grabbing at a girl's chest and looking at another girl over a bathroom stall was sentenced to two years of probation and a three-year suspended jail sentence. Andrew Mitts, 23, was also ordered to get a psych evaluation and undergo random drug testing.
