Girlfriend arrested in sex tape scandal

A woman who turned in sex tapes featuring her ex-boyfriend having sexual contact with a dog and a 9-year-old girl, has been charged for failing to report an aggravated sexual assault to a child. Officials in Brownsville, Texas say Claudia Rodriguez, 23, knew about the tapes and kept them "as some type of bargaining chip."
