Former school official guilty of teen rape

A former Kingston, Massachusetts school committee member accused of raping a teen girl was been found guilty on nine out of 11 charges, including rape of a child, indecent assault and battery, posing a child in the nude and providing liquor to a minor. Defendant Brian Caseau's attorney claimed the girls, ages 13 and 14 at the time, fabricated the events to cover for their drinking while babysitting.
