Flashing cop faces up to 31 years
Former Lake Charles, Louisiana police officer Donald Cogswell faces a prison sentence of up to 31 years after his conviction on charges that he exposed himself to two women he pulled over for traffic violations in 2000. One of the women said he also ordered her to lift her shirt and fondled her breasts. The other said he grabbed her head and tried to force it toward his exposed genitals.
