Police in Englewood, Colorado are on the lookout for a masochistic flasher seen by two young girls who were walking along a bike path. The girls, ages 11 and 12, said that as they passed him, the man pulled down his shorts to his knees, exposed himself, and began to hit himself on his buttocks with a stick while moaning.
